Ingredients
    1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces (450 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2.5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2.5 g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes (120 g)
Instructions
  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and the crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip into the eggs, then coat thoroughly with crushed cornflakes, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the nuggets in small batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Remove the nuggets with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce!
